My child was a fussy eater.She was very choosy and loved eating only handful of vegetables,fruits and dal.I was very concern about her health.and because of deficancy of important nutrients and minerals.she was falling ill every now and then.Her immunity was week.She was suffering frm speech delayment.She started talking at the age of 3

Then I started variation in food and supplements like she doesn't eat vegetables so I use to make pav bhaji like sabji and put many vegetables like cabbage,cauliflower,carrot,peas,tomatoes,carrot and grated beetroot for colour she used to enjoy eating it.

I make dal dokli frm leaftover dal it tastes very yummy and children love it,make methi,palak,mooli,goobi parathe,In winters tomato and carrot soup,gajar halwa vegetable idli,dosa,uttapam.and many more variations.

Now she has improved her health,eates more vegetables and fruits than before
