Two things worked for me coconut oil and spoo shampoo

You should apply oil and nourish well.. I generally used to apply Moms Co natural baby hair oil which is a combination of 10 powerful oil gently massage and comb using soft bristle brush to loosen up the flakes and then wash using Moms Co natural baby shampoo and it was effective

Pls don't use nails..you can try spoo shampoo

Please don't use nails to scratch it as it's the most delicate part of head..I massage with warm coconut oil alongwith using spoo shampoo which is recommended by paediatrician for cradle cap..you can get it easily from chemist nearby or babychakra
