Ask her to take good diet in ofrm of proteins, she can include sprouts, milk and milk products, paneer, eggs, soyabean in her diet. One reason for hair fall is poor nutrient diet. She can take all this and see the difference in her health,

Can I suggest hair serums instead? I have used this Thrive Serum for hair growth and I see a good difference. Ask her to try this, don't take hairfall easily. It needs good product.
