Morning 8-9 pm- 2 stuffed prantha(aloo,mulli,carrot,gobi) with 1 glass of milk
12 pm-1 glass of milk with 2 banana with panjiri(made by desi ghee,dry fruits,wheat flour,sugar)
2-3 pm -(2-3 roti with sabzi/dal/,khichdi or dahi,rice or dal
5pm-tea with stuffed aloo sandwich
8-9pm-roti with sabzi or dal/rice ,chicken with rice
10 pm-kesar milk with banana & panjiri snacks-makhana,home made chips,dry fruits mai daily ye diet follow karti hu ..or mera weight gain bhi bilkul sahi hai ..
kya meri ye diet sahi hai..?
mera weight starting me bhaut kam tha 41 kg around ab 53 kg hai ..!! mera 8th month running hai ..!😊 or everthing is fine..!! bss thoda sa thyroid hai uske liye daily mrng empty stomach medicine leti hu..!!

You can have more protein rich food, eat lots of vegetables, dal and fruits. Avoid carbs in ur <u>diet</u>

Panjeeri in pregnancy? Isnt it a little too much? I see a lot of potato in ur diet too! Rather take more protein like boiled eggs without yolk. Or stuff like besan cheela..
