Now a days doctor ask not to cover the wound. Just wash and clean with dettol. Later any antiseptic cream will be good. Ask her to.keep her.leg elevated if it pains..

how old is ur daughter? i normally use a basic antiseptic cream like boroplus for all scratches, cuts etc - its harmless :)
