It's common for babies not to poop for 7 days . Is she is taking feeds properly . There could; be other reason baby is cranky . Do not use anything or give any medicine w/o consultation.;

Eat ajwain and blow it on her navel 2 - 3 times while it is still in your mouth! Have found it very very effective. Also, you can make the baby do cycling. That too will help alot.
