wat is shatavari? pls xplain

while ur baby is on bf try not to give formula 1. Hold baby in proper position while bf 2. Check if your beasts are too full before feeding baby...always express some milk before you feed baby 3. other reason for baby to cry could be possibly her tummy may not be getting full...check ur milk supply too if it's less then u can try taking shatavari with milk to increase the same

Just out of curiosity, why are you feeding formula when you are bf-ing?

same prob m also facing.. my baby is 1 month 6 days old

don't make habbit of formula/bottle fee instead try to feed in proper position baby will learn slowly sucking.i gues in hospital they introduce formula milk in bottle so babies later feel difficult in change. take care don't give up. continue bf journey
