My daughter is 1 yr 4 month old, haf upset stomach 6 days before which was then followed by fever. Doc advised "meftagesic" and "Gudcef-DS" drops. However stomach is ok but fever continues to come as the effect of medicine diminishes.this scenario is going on from days and today also.

Please advise.
