She does say mamma come...papa come...and she recognizes animals etc but she speaks much less than the other children of her age

Does your baby attempt to speak...or blabbers some words like na na or da da? Every baby's milestone is different and if you feel she is not at all attempting then u may show her to a speech therapist. another probable thing that u can try is put her in playschool if she is not going...being with other kids she may start talking.
