my daughter is 3+. she pee on the potty but didn't tell about poo ..told me after doing it...I tried very hard and 3-4 times she did on potty but again started not telling before doing poo. don't understand what to do

Just teach them about good habit, when she tell, tell her good, clap for her.. when she dont tell ,u can make sad face,show them there cloths get dirty and stink & tell from next time u have to tell... my son does the same thing some time.. no issues they do understand they did a mistake.. it's OK still they are learning..
