Brat stands for banana rice apple toast. If you baby is constipated include banana in diet it will work and avoid biscuit if you are giving

May be your giving her loads of fibre rich food. Follow BRat diet for some time and also give her plenty of water. Also u can apply coconut oil at the potty area so that it doens't pain much.
