please post the doctor's prescription Usually it is normal for baby but in your case it is is more compared to normal eruption this will settle by 6 month but you need to visit your Dermatologist once please check if baby is having mild fever as well

No change in her soap or lotion. We also use baby detergent recomended by Ped. for her clothes. It reduces on its own n gets back again. For past 2 days I'm not applying her lotion on face.

What have you applied to your baby e in a week time have you changed any soap powder or shampoo
