hi vaishali - my child is very social, but after a stray dog incident she became insecure and wud cling to me at the nursery 2 classroom door and sob :( wud break my heart. she had a kind teacher who wud take her in despite the crying. so pls talk to the teacher and seek her help. usually some insecurity creeps in. good luck. pls keep us posted! hugs

speak with her teacher. check if there's anything going in the class which might be bothering your daughter... classmates, teacher, caretaker, etc.<br> and see if that can be resolved.

hi vaishali, this was me when i was 4 years old. in morning, i would happily get dressed but on reaching gate i would complain of stomach ache and refuse to go... it was because a teacher used to tease me... it must be something small of this sort... especially if its a teacher she would be scared to tell you coz she may think you will ask the teacher and she'll be in more trouble... if some other person than family could tactically ask her in playful manner, she may disclose...
