hey monika.. dnt stop feeding your baby.. she won't catch fever as antibodies will b passed to her through your milk.. but make sure to talk to your doc about your fever and get medicines..

No worries you can give her dear paracetamol Syrup...if baby is OK with FM give to her or if baby only needs breastmilk .. please don't stop it..
