My delivery date is 15th October. I have to face constipation before 5 days. but it's very panic while I go to potty. I feel very painful whole the day.

Hi sapna u had a baby on 15th oct? So u are a nursing mom? Are u on iron pills? Pls consult ur dr. Have u tried isabgol?
