meet ur Dr.becoz in c_section generally clean all blood inside.so we feel slight blood flow only .

Follow the recipe u will feel better 250gms of fride gram, 100gm of brown sugar and ghee to make balls. powered the fride gram and brown sugar separately, heat the required amount of ghee .take a bowl mix the powders and add liquid ghee slowly (warm)with the spoon. Make small balls.
