my doctor told me that if i face the problem related to gas it wil not effect the health of my baby..he advice me to eat everything..he also told cold and cough effect the health of baby ...Is it true??
yes unless and until ur baby is allergic to anything u r eating den it might be a problem. otherwise if u have gas it doesn't necessarily mean u will transfer it to ur baby. breastmilk filters the harmful substances. that's why. but if u have cold and cough u r transferring the bacteria directly to the baby so yes if u have cold and cough ur baby most likely going to get it too.
