you'll have some thick brown/light pink discharge when you pee. then as Roopa said you'll get false pain, i.e, contraction happens during irregular intervals, say some 3-4 seconds. if you get the contraction in regular intervals then time to visit hospital. all the best

False contraction is the first sign of labour. Tummy area will feel tightened ( or expanded) and relaxed. This will be for every hour. And the time will reduce with time and severe pain along with contraction... then you are in labour pain. Don't worry you will come to know for sure.
