After 37 weeks of Maturity,it is safe for delivery.<br> if any Medical/Gynec Emergency (Pain and cervical dilatation or reduced foetal movements or scar dehiscence), then decision of CS is made by doctor even before 37 weeks also.

Hi anytime after 37 weeks is full term and it's safe.
