My favourite garma garam kakra pitha for breakfast on flooded rainy day.
It is a typical odia sweet deep fried savory made out of sooji filled with chhenna and grated coconut stuffings. The stuffing has the flavour of black pepper and elaichi while the outer covering of sooji has a flavour of saunf. Its kind of sweet outside and sweet and spicy inside. I will post its recipie soon, once bbsr is out of flood situation.
