My feet are swollen from yesterday, i know it's common in last weeks of pregnancy. However mommies, would like to know if there are any home remedies for same. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Besides the above, other alternative is keeping both the legs on 2 to 3 pillows n move ur feet forward n backwards 30 to 60 times. See to that u won't keep legs hanging for longer time.

Elevation will help. Here is an image on the best way to practice elevation. Also reducing salt and processed foods in your diet will help reduce fluid retention. Make sure that you get your blood pressure checked as at times high BP can cause swelling and that is not healthy for the baby.

Hi Suhasini. Yes. Try keep your feet elevated. Keep your feet on the stool. Also place your feet in warm water with a pinch of <u>salt</u>

if you walk for a while it will reduce, but for me it doesn't happen, my feet swollen even aftr delivery and recovered aftr a week.., so nothng to worry
