My food timings are terrible. I'm waking up late because I feel so tired and sleepy all the time and having breakfast at 10-10:30. Lunch at 2-2:30. Does it affect the health of my baby?

It's absolutely fine,initially I was so nauseated that I couldn't eat anything other than just fruits and veggies,its okay! My doc said, just keep on drinking water,alls gonna be good!

Hey shilpa... timing doesn’t matter just don’t have long breaks.. eat nutritious food and small portions of food...

It is ok dear..as long as you eat nutritious food timings are ok..just don't go hungry for a long time..
