My friend is 5 month pregnant. She is diagnosed with dengue. Her platelets count is very low almost around 10,000 only. Doctor has advised her not to eat dragonfruit or kiwi. What should she eat to increase platelets? She has been in hospital since Monday n on saline but platelets are not increasing. Pls advise.
