I think need to change formula , and she can give prebiotics rich Aptamil FM after her doctor suggestion.

Make her burp after each feed.

Could be the possibility that the formula isn't suiting her . Also always feed in upright position and make her burp after feeding .if that's not done at times babies do vomit
