i am also facing the same issue with my 4 months old baby..we are facing tooo hot weather condition.so i used to bath my babys with hot water.whe i facing this issue my mother suggested me to change the hot wather and use cold water..after that my babys eye are ok

Bindhu, it can be a blocked tear duct, which is not an issue and clears off on its own.. but we cannot rule out infections also, its safe to consult a doctor...
