Same happened in my case.. saw the baby around 8th week.. don't worry.. it's too early for anything to be seen on a scan..

In early pregnancy SAC seems empty coz size of fetus is too small rescan after 2 weeks. Don't worry be positive. This is long journey you have to stop too much worrying it will effect you and baby stay happy &#128516;
