My doctor recommended me to take protein-rich food, an egg a day, pomogranate, orange - it helps in the absorption of iron, dry fruits and nuts, greens, veggies, especially beetroot daily. So it was helful, bcz my hemoglobin level have improved to 14 from my initial level 5.5 but for me 3 days iron infusion was given but anyways to improve and maintain hb level they asked me to take this diet. I followed this regularly and after 2 months i checked my hb it was 14.6 and i got concieved on the same month too. I still followed the same diet, on next time it remained around the same

For binding of hb in a human body it is very important to consume protein-rich food, which is abundant in cereals, channa, beans, egg, nuts like almond, cashews, etc. Take iron rich food such as liver, greens like muringa leaves etc. Take beetroot atleast a half to one daily and can also consume carrot
