IRON DEFICIENCY occurs due to poor absorption of proteins, iron, folic acid and vit.B12. You need to improve assimilation by giving "bioavailable” sources of these nutrients. give 2 cups of curd, 1 cup of sprouts and 1 glass of fresh apple juice per day to help your child get “bioavailable” nutrition.<br>
