My in laws say that if I don't cover my ears and head post delivery, it will cause severe headaches. Is that true? I have a 25d old baby boy and I have started experiencing a mild headaches. Please advise.

It is believed that after delivery the body gets very weak.. toh kahin se bhi hawa lagane se later pain hone ke chances hain.. that's why people tell to cover, head, ears, back, feet..

Headache is because of stress and lack of sleep not because u did or did not cover ur head n ear.
If you are experiencing a headache dear get a head massage..it sometimes happens due to exertion..late nights etc also..and if something as simple as covering head and ears helps do it dear.. I have also heard that it helps..

Hey listen to them...no harm in precautions.
I did not do it though ..as in my hometown this is not a tradition but here in Mumbai neighbors insisted...but I dint have a headache either...no harm in going in for a protective measure if you are having a headache already ...
You can use a cotton plug as I have seen many do that.
