It can be due to over exerting himself, tiredness or stress. Try to find out if he is uncomfortable due to something. Opt for deworming every quarter

I don't think so..my daughter also does the same.. she went for his vaccination on Sunday and we asked about this as well but the doctor denied it..if you think she has worms just check with her doctor..basically deworming of kids should be done to avoid harm.

We got deworming done 3 months back but he still chuckles that is why I was wondering thank you for giving idea what other reasons it could be I will talk to the doc

There are multiple reason... One can be worms.. we shud do deworming for kids once or twice a year.. second reason can be they are too tired.. third something might be bothering them... My son used to do so doctor told me all these to keep a check... Please check all of above and also no harm in deworming
