My little baby turned 2 yesterday.I am very much worried about his speech.He does not talk . Sometimes he utters something in his own language . He says few syllables like "ku",tu",mama,papa;but nothing other than this .Is it normal or should I take him to a doctor.He understands everything and follows all directions.Please guide.I need expert guidance in this case.
