My little one is 3 months old. He is on breastmilk and formula feed (2 feeds of 30 ml each). But after having formula feed and inspite of burping well he is spitting milk . Is it due to formula?? ?
P.S pediatrician suggested formula because baby didn't reach birthday weight

Change the formula milk look out for a formula milk which contains prebiotics in it which is good and helps in improving babies digestion and gut health issues
