My little one takes feed from one side for 15 mins ( she doesn't doze off in between drinks straight for 10 or 15 mins) n sleeps for 2 hrs. In the beginning when I offered the 2nd breast she dint take. For past 2 days I'm noticing her waking up for feeds have become more frequent.. may be growth spurts.. If I want to offer the 2nd breast also what should be the time gap? Is burp necessary after first breast feed? Also she spits extra milk with 1 breast feed itself.. is it necessary to offer the 2nd breast also?;

Yes rebacca. Agree with nancy. 5 mins is enough for her now. Slowly u can increase it as she grows. But maintain a gap of atlst 30 mins after feed

Hi
Tummy time is placing a baby on her stomach only while awake;but under supervision
