When you have pcod you will have irregular ovulation so irregular periods. So may be your periods are delayed.. I too had pcod and I successfully got pregnant naturally, joining gym and taking weight training helped me a lot, I also avoided packed foods like instant oats, noodles, pasta etc. I ate everything homemade and lost lot of weight. Don't loose hope.

Hi
Please don't lose hope. Pcod should be treated with medication and proper diet. You must eat healthy diet, no junk no processed foods and fast foods. Stay active and maintain your weight it's very important. Keep taking the pills given by your doctor. I have pcod but have two kids with proper medication and healthy life style. Meet your gynecologist again and regulate your periods. Tc
