My lo has 7 months now.i faced c section delivery time. Now my tummy became too bulge.now Iam luking like 5 Mnths pregnant lady.plz suggest me guys how can I reduce my tummy. I Dnt Hav any experience any exercises till now. TIA

You can start with some light exercises like yoga and morning walk. Also eat a healthy and balanced diet which includes fibre rich food and avoid oily and junk food. Drink lots of water. You can also take mamaearth apple cider vinegar only when you stop breastfeeding completely. I am taking it and it helped me in weight loss but i am doing all of the above also.
