My lo whole body is warm as if he she is suffering from fever but when measured temperature it is 98.5. Is it normal?
Also, she keep making sound of clearing her throat. The maalish waali told me that she have balgam stored in the throat. Any idea what could be the reason of such sound?

in an otherwise healthy child of 1 month noisy breathing and gurgling sound is normal

how is the environment there sanchi?? if it's hot then try to wear minimum clothes. this temperature looks normal. for phlegm, just visit a doctor to check. if she is feeding well and peeing good amount then don't worry
