my midwife said that my baby's haed is down. i asked her is she in posterior or anterior, but midwife told it doesn't matter as long as baby's head is down. what does that mean and is it true

if you mean the placenta position, then yes it doesn't matter as long as you don't have low lying placenta or the baby's head is down.. it means that baby is getting ready for delivery.
