My milk supply varies daily, sometimes it is less and sometimes satisfactory. I have read that pumping your milk increases the milk supply. Is it true? How often should I pump in a day?

Hey keep latching the baby too...it helps the flow continue...feed the baby in an interval of 2.5 to 3 hours...also sharing a few recipes that help increase the flow..
