My name is Amritha Srinath from Thane. I am 31 years old. I have a 4 year old son with a normal delivery. Last December, I had a chemical pregnancy. Now, on April 1st, I had a pregnancy test at home and had two dark pink lines. My LMP is 21st February. Because of covid, I wasn't able to visit my gynec and on the telephonic advice I am asked to intake All-9 folic acid tablets and Duphastan(twice a day). Now my queries are:
1. I had taken the pregnancy tests on 2nd & 4th to be sure of the pregnancy. And the two lines seemed a little lighter than the first time. So is it normal? 2. Given the covid scenario, how do I proceed with viability and first set of scans? Is it safe to visit the hospital? And if no, at which week should the tests be conducted?

Hey congratulations... You can visit the doctor and then scanning around the 9 th week or so . . It's always better to go for a maternity clinic as other patients will not be there.. talk to your doctor and take appointment accordingly... They should arrange in a manner to avoid over crowding... Take care and best wishes
