My neice developed a rash (pink in colour ) in her pelvic area , Her doctor said must be diaper rash and prescribed a ointment which we are applying daily but now the entire area has white patch like. She doesn't cry while we clean, touch or she urinates but it's odd to see. We stopped using diaper in the morning because of this she has become cranky as her sleep is disturbed whenever she urinates. Will take her to her pediac this Saturday but is there any other remedy? And is pediac enough or should we take her to skin specialist?
