My new born facing motion issue. He is going 4 to to 5 time that to like water and yellow color. Is it fine. I am having sonth too. Is it causing issue to him.

Make sure you keep breastfeeding him so he stays hydrated. Watery stool needs reporting to doctor since he's too small and it's too hot around. Don't delay.
