My question is - should we start pelvic or kegel exercises From 8th month for normal delivery.
someone told me we should not exert more during this month as we want baby to stay inside. .and only during nineth month we should be focussing on regress exercises ,walking etc. P.S. I'm already being active .. doing 10-15 min walk after meals and also enough strolling during office time .

I would suggest to consult with your doctor first. Every pregnancy vary person to person so don't just follow what you feel. It is very important to ask your doctor as she/he is the best to advice and give green signal. Ask about what and how much you can do. <br>

Yes please do not take up new activities in the ninth month<br>
Walking you can do but10-15 mins is not enough you have to walk for a longer time

Rich@ I had been doing exercises before pregnancy like squats,lunges etc. Still my doc suggested to only start with walking and breathing exercises.so don't exert and start something more as we don't know how ur body will react to it. <br>
However , u can learn a few deep breathing exercises n walking. Even though I travel to work for almost 2 hrs which includes walking and climbing bridges as well my doc said even after this go for walk (specially) and during this time listen to good music,take ur hubby along, spend time bonding with baby..
