My routine is I wake up at 7am.and do my bath 🛀etc and puja🙏 and meditation 🧘sometime... 8.30 some almond,kaju,kishmish,peanuts,dry dates,and walnuts.with glass of mother's Horlicks🥛. 10 am. Light breakfast with upma ,dosa,choumin 🍝🍜🥪etc.... 11 to 12.30 it's rest time after that 1 o'clock I prefer lunch . 2 pm my lunch time with rice,dal,veg subji and curd 🍛. 4pm snacks time some biscuits with badam milk or lassi and fruits 🍌🍎🥥. 6pm hot hot veg soup and frimies🍵. 7 to 8 I read some sperutual books.📘📖📙 9pm dinner with roti ,subji with salad or rice ,dal ,sabji 🍪🥗🍲. 10pm cup of milk with 2 saffron leaves 🥛that's it it's my routine if anything changes need in this please tell me what my mistakes... I clarify that thanks you all .....☺️☺️☺️☺️

Do get checked if you have gestational diabetes or not so as your bp also as i had both of them during my pregnancy i had so much restrictions on my diet however i followed my cravings considering my restrictions n i did well. Get a consultation done with your dietitian if you want to be sure about your diet but as per me you are going good. All the best n cheers! Avoid eating pineapples n those dry fruits which generate heat ya.

Dear this is a good routine for Pregnancy..just as you move ahead include vegetable daliya...in breakfast it will help in many ways..as Krutika has very correctly said oily and too spicy food will later create problem..of acidity..just a suggestion to include more fruits and salads which will give required vitamins and minerals and also Coconut water.. rest it's <u>nice</u>
