This appears to be a scan done in an early suspected Pregnancy. You may have missed your period. At the moment there is no yolk sac seen in the uterus hence the radiologist is suspecting an ectopic pregnancy. The suggestion is to follow up with blood tests to check HCG levels. Please follow the advice asap.

First we did upt n it was positive n after this report we took blood test n there also it is positive but sac is not seen in ultrasound so doctor suggested one more blood test on Wednesday.

Have u done UPT or beta HCG levels coz it is hormone released during pregnancy. And in scan report says? Ectopic / corpus luteum.  I feel here clinical correlation is needed so pls show to gynaecologist urgent. Don't panic but consult urgent as it's not clear
