I dont have a binge day as such bcaz I end up eating way too much.. small cuts work for me like instead of closed sandwich I eat open sandwich so instead of 2 breads I eat 1, i drink soup everyday, 1 meal is replaced with protein like chole, rajma and veggies.. n no milk based products for 4 times a week ..hope this helps
