My SIL is going through a divorce an d my husband wants her to come and stay with us which means a few years at least. I am a home maker but no one understand s that it is a full time job with no holidays. When I asked him how will we manage, his answer was that am home all day and it's just one more person which is no big deal. I mean I like my SIL but I don't want her to come as it is something I won't be able to manage! How do I talk about this as my husband won't like it at all and will lead to differences am hundred percent sure. Please help!

You being a woman can understand her pain and depression she is going through. Help her to overcome this phase. Clashes/ quarrels are there in everyone's life. Ask her to help you. Like this.. your burden will be reduced. I feel..she will help you obviously, as she is staying with you. Now don't talk anything about any other things. Now if you speak to your husband..things will appear rude and husband make take you wrongly. Also.. understand about your husband's situation.
