My son completed 112days, doctor measured his head said it's 41 and growing for this month 3.5. but body weight is lesser 4.47kg I am little worried about his growth. Does it mean his head looks bigger than body..? But his attitude changing nowadays he is trying to lift the head when I put it on shoulder.even I feel heavier while feeding. He did roll over but trying to lift his head. Pls advise
