Fever after vaccination is normal so u should give ur baby paracetamol by consulting ur doctor n apply cool ice pack on red area,it will give relief to ur baby

Please apply little ice around the area very gently..for fever hope your doctor has prescribed paracetamol, if not then just talk to him . If the redness is still there after applying ice and the baby is in pain just visit your doctor .
