My son has completed three months...He is on breast feed...i used to express BM at nights after he slept ...but past two days my milk production has decreased very much...I am very confused ...Can you please help?
u can take mother Horlicks it increase the milk supply i am using it

Stress can reduce the milk supply. Have you been worrying about something or not getting enough rest ? Try and relax, drink plenty of fluids and pump regularly after a feed. Your supply will build up.
