My son has got this rash. We had visited the beach in goa and when we got back he got this.it's very very itchy.
Pl visit a doctor as soon as possible.

For his immediate relief apply coconut oil. That would help to reduce itching. But suggest you to please take him to a doctor soon, to rule out any fungal infection.
